Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care following facility policies and protocols
• Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Advocate for patients and uphold the highest safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Michigan professional license (RN, LPN, or allied health credential as applicable)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS or PALS may be required by assignment)
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in your specialty
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to complete Trinity Health onboarding requirements including immunizations and fit testing

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient-relationship skills
• Adaptability to diverse teams, cultures, and workflows
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Time management and organizational skills to handle varied patient loads
