Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities for patients
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and basic nursing assistance skills
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Empathy and a caring, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
