Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, Pulse/O2) to ensure safety during procedures
• Assist with nitrous oxide and IV sedation administration under supervision
• Take panoramic X-rays and prepare imaging for oral surgery cases
• Support oral surgeons during wisdom tooth extraction procedures
• Provide clear post-operative instructions to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent dental assisting certification
• Experience with oral surgery procedures is a plus
• Certified in X-ray (radiography) and comfortable with panoramic imaging
• Knowledge of nitrous oxide and IV sedation protocols
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
