Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient care and procedures
• Operate the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) machine for advanced cleanings
• Manage and run 2 columns efficiently to maximize patient flow
• Prepare and maintain operatories, ensuring a clean and safe environment
• Capture and update patient records with a friendly and professional approach
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental or hygiene assistant is preferred
• Comfortable working with GBT machine technology
• Ability to run 2 columns effectively in a fast-paced dental practice
• Current CPR/BLS certification is a plus
• A positive attitude and a passion for patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and infection control
• Skill in using GBT machine and other dental technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinical environment
• Understanding of patient scheduling and operatory turnover
