Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision and care
• Collaborate with the dentist to plan and implement patient treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict infection control standards
• Make patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Ability to take and interpret dental X-rays
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with dental practice management software
