Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with braces adjustments, Invisalign fittings, and other orthodontic procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care for orthodontic appliances
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Provide exceptional patient care and comfort throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Assistant certification or state licensure (if applicable)
• Experience with orthodontic procedures, braces, and Invisalign preferred
• Dental X-ray certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of orthodontic procedures and techniques
• Proficiency with braces and Invisalign systems
• Excellent patient care and chairside manner
• Knowledge of dental terminology and instrument sterilization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a clinical setting
