Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive dental care and hygiene treatments
• Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures
• Assess patients' oral health and identify areas needing attention
• Take and process dental radiographs with precision and care
• Educate patients on best practices for oral hygiene and preventive care
• Partner with the dentist to create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Current CPR or BLS certification required
• Dental hygiene degree from an accredited program
• Experience with dental radiographs and patient charting is preferred
• A warm, compassionate approach to patient care that puts people at ease

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and instrumentation
• Familiarity with infection control standards and OSHA guidelines
• Proficient in dental software and electronic health records
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly chairside manner
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced practice
