Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and treatment rooms

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Local anesthesia certification where required
• Experience in a dental practice preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Working knowledge of dental software and patient records
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education abilities
