Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in the Cardiovascular Lab
• Monitor hemodynamic and physiologic data during diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Communicate continuously with physicians about patient condition changes
• Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, and procedure room readiness
• Obtain supplies for individual cases and ensure the Cardiovascular Lab team has what they need
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required upon hire
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area
• Experience with DCI/BVP is a plus
• Must successfully complete Prime screenings including pharmacology, rhythm interpretation, core competencies, and specialty exams

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
