Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric ICU patients
- Independently admit and manage ventilator-dependent patients using Servo-U
- Set up and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive methods
- Monitor and adjust bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high-frequency ventilation as needed
- Document patient care accurately in Epic and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Respond quickly to respiratory emergencies and support families through stressful moments
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Neonatal ICU or PICU critical care experience
- Current PALS certification required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Active or compact Georgia state license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Servo-U ventilator, heliox therapy, and high frequency ventilation
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced mechanical ventilation management (Servo-U, Drager VN500)
- Bubble CPAP and non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP)
- Nitric oxide and heliox therapy administration
- High frequency ventilation (HFOV/HFJV)
- Epic documentation system
- Neonatal and pediatric critical care best practices
