Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy plans to restore function and mobility
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve strength and range of motion
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations and treatments

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is a plus
• Comfortable working Tuesday through Saturday

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
• Ability to document accurately and efficiently
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Comfortable collaborating within an interdisciplinary care team
