Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep patients safe and comfortable
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Help with feeding and document meal intake
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of patient care principles and infection control
• Ability to respond calmly and quickly in emergency situations
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
