Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - VT/NH
Location: St. Albans, VT
Start Date: 08-10-2026
End Date: 11-18-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift (NOC), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; schedule includes 2 12-hour shifts and 2 8-hour shifts with every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily living assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration, ensuring patients' nutritional needs are met
- Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to maintain comfort and safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and families
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active LNA licensure in Vermont or New Hampshire (or compact eligibility where applicable)
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to report on time for night shifts
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption required
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work the scheduled pattern, including every other weekend
- BLS/CPR certification preferred (or obtained upon hire)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Knowledge of LNA scope of practice and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Comfort with electronic health records and basic medical equipment
