Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care that truly makes a difference in residents' lives
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing team
• Support mobility and transfers to keep residents safe and comfortable
• Maintain a clean, organized environment to prevent infections and promote healing
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Must provide state or federal issued identification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and vital signs
• Strong teamwork and collaboration
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
