Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem - Flexible 12.5-hour shifts (as needed)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Document patient progress and modify treatments as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care conferences
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- Experience in pediatric rehabilitation is a plus
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment abilities
- Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with electronic health records
