Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care conferences

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Experience in pediatric rehabilitation is a plus
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with electronic health records
