Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients in a fast-paced emergency department
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Monitor vital signs and respond quickly to changing conditions
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during critical moments
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
• Previous emergency room experience is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in emergency care protocols and procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working with electronic health records
• Adaptability in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
