Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Assess and monitor respiratory status and respond to changes
• Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team
• Document patient responses and adjust care plans as needed
• Support and educate patients and families with compassion

Qualifications

• Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• RRT or CRT credential
• Current BLS certification
• Pediatric respiratory care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced pediatric environment
