Radiologic Technologist - Per Diem
Location: Portland, Oregon

Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible shifts, as needed (Per Diem)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care
- Prepare and position patients for X-ray and other radiological exams
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate results
- Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience as a Rad Tech preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
- Strong commitment to patient safety and comfort
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
- Comfortable using PACS, EMR, and digital imaging systems
- Understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
