Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vitals and document changes accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and the healthcare team to ensure quality care
- Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Connecticut
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible per diem shifts including some weekends and holidays
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of nursing protocols and patient care standards
- Medication administration expertise
- Strong documentation and charting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate bedside manner
