Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 6 hours per shift (orientation included)
Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures
- Take vital signs and record patient medical histories accurately
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure clinical supplies are stocked
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients
- Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality, efficient care
- Document patient information in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification or eligibility to obtain one
- BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers
- Experience in a pediatric or hospital setting is a plus
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
- Strong observational and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Basic medical terminology and familiarity with EHR systems
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help
