Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including catheterizations, angiograms, stents, and balloon angioplasties
• Operate advanced GE Innova imaging equipment to capture high-quality images
• Scrub and provide direct assistance to physicians during procedures in the Cath Lab
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure a safe, sterile environment throughout each case
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of RNs and techs to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced setting
• Participate in on-call rotations to cover emergent procedures, demonstrating flexibility and commitment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Cath Lab or interventional setting
• ARRT certification (R) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in Special Procedures and GE Innova equipment
• RCIS certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy and interventional procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
