Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered, closely monitoring patient responses
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Advocate for patient safety and maintain a healing, supportive environment

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Georgia or a compact state (NLC)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience; 1+ years accepted for exceptional candidates
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Acute care protocols and evidence-based nursing practices
• Medication administration, IV therapy, and patient monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and clear communication
• Compassionate patient and family education
