Travel Nurse - Acute Care
Location: Dublin, Georgia
Start Date: 03-02-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts), every other weekend and holiday rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered, closely monitoring patient responses
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Advocate for patient safety and maintain a healing, supportive environment
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Georgia or a compact state (NLC)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience; 1+ years accepted for exceptional candidates
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Acute care protocols and evidence-based nursing practices
- Medication administration, IV therapy, and patient monitoring
- Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and clear communication
- Compassionate patient and family education
