Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to children and families
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• A passion for providing high-quality, empathetic care
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skill in assisting with mobility and daily living activities
• Ability to document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills to comfort and reassure patients and families
