Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on treatment plans
• Educate patients and families about their care and recovery
• Document care thoroughly and accurately
• Advocate for patient safety and positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state
• At least 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (ACLS strongly preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Ready to adapt quickly to a new team and facility

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and care planning
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Flexible and resilient with a positive attitude
