Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Previous LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
• Medication administration and dosage calculation skills
• Patient assessment and monitoring abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to document care accurately using electronic health records
