Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families
• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical histories
• Support physicians during exams and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is ready for use
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Coordinate patient flow to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent training required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is a plus
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
• Skill in taking vital signs and patient histories
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and effective time management
