Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable results
• Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot as needed
• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens according to protocols
• Document and report test results clearly and timely
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification or equivalent
• State licensure as required - let us help you get started
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory is a plus, but we welcome new grads too!

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
