Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem, 6-hour shifts, flexible schedule
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable results
- Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot as needed
- Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens according to protocols
- Document and report test results clearly and timely
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification or equivalent
- State licensure as required - let us help you get started
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory is a plus, but we welcome new grads too!
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
