Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Support mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents
• Document care accurately and promptly
• Communicate warmly with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely
• Reliable transportation to Pennsburg Manor

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Accurate documentation abilities
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
