Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and document resident status, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
Assist with safe transfers and mobility, promoting independence and dignity
Support mealtime and hygiene needs while encouraging resident comfort
Collaborate with the care team to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies consistently

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts as noted in the job details
Strong communication and teamwork skills to support residents and staff
Ability to follow care plans, document accurately, and escalate concerns

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL support
Basic vital signs monitoring and observation skills
Infection prevention and safe patient handling awareness
Clear, respectful communication and teamwork
Attention to detail for documentation and resident safety
