Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support with dignity
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support safe patient transfers and mobility assistance following facility protocols
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team promptly
Maintain accurate records and help with basic documentation tasks
Contribute to a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (or actively pursuing certification) — Pennsylvania preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with hands-on patient care and lifting/transferring residents
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene best practices
Familiarity with safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Basic charting and documentation skills
Understanding of infection control and standard precautions
Compassionate bedside manner and strong observational skills
