Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, helping them thrive
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring
Foster a safe and nurturing environment that residents call home
Collaborate with the care team to deliver outstanding support
Observe and report changes in patient conditions promptly

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others
Reliable and ready for per diem night shifts

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Infection control practices
Effective communication with residents and team
Basic medical terminology
Empathy and attention to detail
