Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts; specific start/end times and scheduled days to be confirmed (CNA)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and communicate changes promptly to nursing staff
Support safe, clean patient environments and follow infection control practices
Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning with safe techniques
Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with the care team to help deliver excellent patient experiences

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and meet physical demands of the role
Clean background check and required immunizations per facility policy
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe handling techniques
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and standard precautions
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
Basic charting and documentation practices
