Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch patient safety
Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized, high-quality support
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that feels like home

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification
At least one year of CNA experience preferred
Valid state-specific credentials for New Mexico

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals with a gentle touch
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in documentation and observation
Empathy and resilience in a fast-paced care setting
