Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, helping them thrive
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring
Support activities of daily living with a positive, uplifting attitude
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe environment that feels like home

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills
Reliable and ready to jump into per diem opportunities

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safety protocols
Effective communication with residents and staff
Basic clinical skills like taking vitals and assisting with ADLs
Teamwork in a fast-paced rehab center setting
