Location: Ft. Walton Bch, Florida

Start Date: 01-06-2026

End Date: 04-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with STEMI call approximately 10 to 12 days a month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
Assist with advanced structural heart interventions including TAVR and PFO closures
Operate and monitor specialized equipment like Impella and IABP
Collaborate with cardiologists during PCI, atherectomy, and implant procedures
Provide exceptional patient care throughout every step of the cath lab experience
Support the team during STEMI call situations to save lives

Qualifications

Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
Proficiency with Cath Lab procedures and advanced cardiac interventions
Strong understanding of IABP, Impella, IFR, and FFR technologies

Knowledge & Skills

Cath Lab experience with structural heart procedures
Knowledge of PCI, PFO, atherectomy, and R/LHC procedures
Familiarity with GE Innova equipment and Impella technology
Experience with MacLab and Meditech documentation systems
Ability to float within EP and Stress Lab departments as needed
