Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to PCU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, ensuring patient safety and stability
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans that inspire healing
Advocate for patients and families, providing education and emotional support during critical times
Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage complex cases with confidence and precision

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or progressive care experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Proficiency in managing drips, ventilators, and post-surgical patients
Excellent communication and critical thinking under pressure
Familiarity with Epic charting system a plus
