Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional surgical care as an OR RN, ensuring patient safety during critical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to execute seamless operations
Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to changing conditions in the operating room
Prepare and maintain sterile environments to prevent infections and support optimal outcomes
Advocate for patients throughout their surgical journey, making a real difference every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent OR nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong surgical nursing background with a passion for high-stakes teamwork

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in perioperative nursing practices
Proficiency with OR equipment and sterile techniques
Excellent critical thinking under pressure
Superior communication with multidisciplinary teams
