Shift Type: ASAP start, every third weekend; includes Christmas
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients on a Med/Surg and Telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Current NIHSS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
- Telemetry monitoring experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in telemetry interpretation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
