Shift Type: Night shift, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM or 5:30 PM - 3:00 AM, every 3rd weekend or as needed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses with precision and accuracy
- Ensure quality control and proper functioning of lab equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide timely results
- Maintain meticulous records and follow safety protocols
- Contribute to patient care by delivering reliable diagnostic information
Qualifications
- ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a clinical lab setting
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in clinical laboratory procedures and instrumentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced healthcare environments
