Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities and promote patient well-being
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS certification
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
