Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM (NOC shift, variable days)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment
Perform comprehensive assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity
Administer medications, start IVs, and assist with procedures
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with standards
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience preferred
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to float to other units as needed
