Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on a Med/Neuro unit
• Monitor telemetry and assess patient conditions with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
• Document care accurately and adhere to hospital policies

Qualifications

• Current and active Maine RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Telemetry experience preferred
• MOAB or CPI certification a plus
• Team player with strong communication and multitasking skills

Education

• Current Maine RN license required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs
