Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform device implants and cardiac ablations, including SVT and Afib procedures
• Assist with Watchman LAAO procedures and other advanced cardiac interventions
• Operate GE Innova X-ray system and Merge & GE MacLab Hemo System for diagnostic imaging
• Monitor patient hemodynamics and provide critical care during procedures
• Collaborate with a skilled team of RNs and CVTs in a state-of-the-art EP lab
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state (NLC)
• RCIS certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization lab or electrophysiology
• Experience with device implants and ablations - SVT, Afib a must

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiac device implants and ablation procedures
• Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and arrhythmia recognition
• Strong skills in sterile technique and radiation safety
• Familiarity with EP lab equipment and cardiac imaging systems
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
