Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with some pediatric cases in the emergency department
- Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates starting at 32 weeks in our level 2 nursery
- Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, and nebulizer treatments
- Standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
- Assist with intubations and collaborate with a lead therapist on every shift
Qualifications
- Active Washington RT License required
- RRT or CRT certification accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency for 32 weeks and up
- Proven ventilator management skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator management with PB 980 equipment
- Philips V60 and Respironics Lumis for BiPAP and CPAP
- Neonatal care for 32 weeks and older
- ABG sampling and analysis
- Team collaboration with 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist support
