Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patients in a Level II trauma setting
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage advanced ventilators and respiratory equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, and Hamilton C1
- Provide specialized NICU respiratory support while maintaining independence and sound clinical judgment
- Cover all facility areas including ICU, surgical, medical, cardiac, and emergency services
Qualifications
- Current RRT or CRT credential required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
- Proven NICU experience essential for success in this role
- Ability to work independently and make confident clinical decisions
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical judgment across diverse patient populations
- Proficiency with multiple ventilator platforms and high-flow systems
- Comfort working in fast-paced trauma, ICU, and NICU environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration with physicians and care teams
