Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
- Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a welcoming athletic club setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
- Provide occasional acute inpatient support when needed
- Create meaningful rehab plans that help patients return to the activities they love
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to manage a variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting
- Comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative rehab team
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
