Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float Pool
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients across MS-Tele and specialty units
- Float throughout Zone 1 facilities to support cardiac, neuro, oncology, rehab, renal, bariatrics, ortho, trauma, and ED observation patients
- Titrate Heparin drips and manage patients with varying acuity levels including stable ICU holds
- Collaborate with designated charge nurses and nursing assistants to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6
- Adapt quickly to new units and patient populations while delivering excellent clinical care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
- Neuro experience preferred
- Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across multiple specialties
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, neuro assessments, and post-surgical care
- Comfortable floating between MS-Tele, PCU/Stepdown, and low-acuity ICU holds
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
