Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC Float Pool
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care across multiple PCU/IMC specialties including cardiac, neuro, oncology, and trauma
- Manage and titrate cardiac drips, insulin, Ativan, and heparin with confidence and precision
- Float throughout Zone 1 facilities to support patient care needs across the 60-mile radius
- Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Adapt quickly to varying patient ratios of 1:3-4 based on acuity levels
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 2 years of PCU/IMC experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Comfortable managing cardiac drips, insulin, Ativan, and heparin
- Epic experience and neuro background preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiac drip management and titration skills
- Experience with insulin, Ativan, and heparin protocols
- Ability to float across multiple specialties and facilities
- Excellent adaptability and communication skills
