Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float Pool
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients across medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications including heparin drips while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Float throughout the zone to support various specialties including cardiac, neuro, oncology, and trauma
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical telemetry experience
- Neuro experience preferred
- Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone and adapt to various patient acuities
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for diverse patient populations
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and drip titration
- Flexibility to work across multiple units and facilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort with floating to ICU holds, PCU, and med-surg as needed
