Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients nutritional needs and create personalized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and healthy eating habits
- Monitor and document patient progress to ensure effective nutrition therapy
- Provide expert guidance during medical procedures and recovery periods
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dietitian license in California
- Strong clinical nutrition knowledge and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
